1. When does the sale start and end?

Our sale begins on Wednesday 19th November and ends on Monday 1st December or while stock lasts. We recommend shopping early to avoid missing out on your favourite pieces.

2. Are sale items returnable?

Sale items can be returned for store credit only during the sale period. Refunds are not available on sale purchases unless the item is faulty.

3. Can I use a discount code during the sale?

No. Discount codes cannot be applied to sale items unless explicitly stated. This includes our welcome discount code which will be paused during the sale.

4. Will items be restocked during the sale?

Sale items will not be restocked in the sale once sold out.

5. How long will shipping take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by region:

  • Australia: 2–6 business days
  • International: 7–14+ business days

During sale periods, please allow extra time for dispatch. We will likely experience shipping delays during the Black Friday sales. Our amazing Barefoot babes will be working as fast as they can to get your orders to you. 

Express Shipping will be from the day your package is shipped out, not from the day of purchase. Please allow 2-5* Business days for your order to be shipped

6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because our team processes orders quickly during sale periods, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Please double-check your details before checkout.

7. What method of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), along with PayPal, Apple Pay, Zippay, Afterpay, and Klarna.  Please note we do not accept personal checks, prepaid debit cards, or money orders.

8. What happens if I receive a faulty item?

If you receive an item with a fault, please contact our customer care team at info@barefootblondecollection.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist you promptly.

9. Are gift vouchers valid on sale items?

Yes, all Barefoot Blonde gift vouchers can be applied during the sale. 

10. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link.
