RETURNS

Barefoot Blonde Collection prides itself on its high quality products but we do understand that purchases are not always right. Barefoot Blonde accepts returns within a 30-day period from the original purchase date under the following conditions:

  • Are returned in original condition - Unworn, Unwashed and with tags attached
  • Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please note: no refunds can be accepted on sale items

RETURNS PROCESS:

To return an item, simply download our returns form. and include this when you return to the address provided. Please note, the return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once Barefoot Blonde Collection receive your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 4 business days of your return being received
  • Funds are refunded using the same method as purchase, or if it is your preference, a credit note issued
  • If you paid via AfterPay you will receive an email from AfterPay outlining your AfterPay account amendment.
  • You will receive a courtesy email update from Barefoot Blonde Collection as soon as your refund has been initiated.

 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Items purchased on sale are returnable for store credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds on sale items.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to make exchanges simple and hassle-free.

  • Exchanges are available within 30 days of your purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your item, we will ship the replacement item free of charge.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you will be issued store credit or offered a refund (if eligible).
  • Please include your order number and details of exchange preference inside the package returned.
